Definition:

Pallister-Killian syndrome is very rare and sporadic cytogenetic abnormality. This medical condition was first described in the three adults by Pallister way back in 1977. The information about this disease is still largely unknown other than the medical belief that it is causes by an autosomal tetrasomy in humans.
