XX Male Syndrome
Definition:

XX Male Syndrome otherwise known as the de la Chapelle Syndrome is an unusual sex chromosomal disorder especially observed in men. It is said to be caused by the unequal crossing over of the X and Y chromosome during the meiosis. Thus, normally men have only one chromosome and while the women are the one who have two chromosome, in this kind of syndrome, the male has two X chromosomes, thus the name of the sndrome. Its symptoms includes small testes, sterility and gynecomastia.
