Zadik Barak Levin Syndrome is a congenital disorder resulting from a defect in the mesodermal-ectodermal midline development of the embryo.


Symptoms and Signs:

Affected individuals experience sypmtoms such as dry skin, primary hypothyroidism, cleft palate, hypodontia, ectodermal dysplasia, microcephaly, or umbilical hernia
