Definition:

Seronegative spondyloarthropathy is a medical condition that is usually characterized by the inflammation of the joint. It is a disease that is usually associated with the MHC class I molecule HLA-B27.


Diagnosis:

Diagnosis to confirm the presence of Seronegative spondyloarthropathy is made through blood tests or serological tests and physical examination of the patient.


Treatment:

Treatments include administration of antibiotics.


Symptoms and Signs:

Symptoms of the medical condition may mimic those of the rheumatoid arthritis and thus may cause fever, chilling, general weakness, vomiting, pain in the joints and arms.


Causes:

Seronegative spondyloarthropathy is said to be caused by the spinal inflammation due to the presence of bacteria and infectious pathogens in the body.
