Definition:

Treatment:
Treatment includes IV or fluid replacement, administration of antimotility agents such as loperamide and antibiotic therapy.
Symptoms and Signs:
Symptoms includes the occurrence of watery and bloody diarrhea, weakness and dehydration.
Causes:
It is said to be caused by the inflammation of the lining of the large intestine as a result of a viral infection.
