Definition:
Viral Hepatitis is the medical condition that is characterized by the inflammation of the liver caused by viruses such as the cytomegalovirus.
Diagnosis:
Diagnosis is made through physical examination and review of the symptoms. Undergoing blood tests and tests to determine obstruction of the bile ducts are also required.
Treatment:
Treatment includes undergoing therapy such as increase intake of fluids and administration of medicines that is design to alleviate the symptoms.
Symptoms and Signs:
Its symptoms includes loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, weakness, tiredness, aching in the abdomen, jaundice, fever, dark urine, fever and light colored feces.
Causes:
It is said to be caused by viruses such as the cytomegalovirus.
