Isaac's syndrome, also referred to as continuous muscle fiber activity syndrome, is a rare degenerative disorder of the muscles brought about by damaged impulses sent by the peripheral nervous system. Among the common symptoms of the illness are chronic muscle cramps, stiffness and muscle pain even during one's sleep.
