Definition:
Rotator cuff injury involves any type of irritation or damage to the rotator cuff muscles or tendons.

Treatment:

Symptoms and Signs:
An individual with a rotator cuff injury may feel pain and tenderness in the shoulder, loss of shoulder range of motion, and inclined to keep the affected shoulder inactive.
Causes:
A rotator cuff injury may occur due to repetitive arm activities, falling, and lifting. The injury may also be caused by normal wear and tear and poor posture.
