Definition:
Diabetic Lens Osmosis is a complication of the high blood sugar of diabetics and usually occurs when the occular lens fill with fluid as a result of high blood sugar level thus changing the way the lenses refract light.
Diagnosis:
Diagnosis is made through the use of sugar levels tests and blood tests.
Treatment:
Treatment includes controlling of blood sugar levels.
Symptoms and Signs:
Symptoms include blurred vision, changes in the vision and intermittent vision problems.
Causes:
Diabetic Lens Osmosis is said to be caused by too high or too low sugar blood level of a diabetic person.
