Duodenitis
Definition:

Duodenitis is the medical condition where there is an inflammation of the duodenum.


Diagnosis:

Diagnosis is made by physical examination as well as review of the symptoms as they manifest and undergoing endoscopy.


Treatment:

Treatment includes administration of antibiotics.


Symptoms and Signs:

Symptom includes abdominal pain and reoccuring fever and chilling and feeling of restlessness and weakness.


Causes:

It is said to be cause by a bacterial infection such as the Helicobacter pylori, Viral infections and too much administraion of Non-steroidal Anti inflammatory drugs.
