The Antley-Bixler syndrome is a rare congenital abnormality that affects the craniofacial, musculoskeletal and urogenital organs. Among the effects of this disease are craniosynostosis, radiohumeral synostosis, femoral and ulnar bowing, and multiple joint contractures. This anomaly is caused by a genetic defect during the development of the person’s musculoskeletal system.
