Definition:
Canarypox virus, simply called CNPV, is the avipoxvirus and causative agent of canarypox disease that affects both captive and wild birds. This virus could enter human cells, but could not survive and duplicate in human cells.
Symptoms and Signs:
Canarypox virus is extremely fatal, causing death to many birds.
